I hope that you will find the information on this site helpful and informative as you go about deciding who will receive your #1 vote for Cambridge City Council. After comparing all the candidates, I hope that you will agree that my qualifications and experience set me apart from the other candidates.
Personally, I am a lifelong resident of Cambridge, and a homeowner with deep roots in our community. Professionally, I am an administrator at Cambridge Family and Children’s Service where I have been working on behalf of local children and families for nearly seventeen years. In addition, I also have over sixteen years of civic leadership, as a City Councillor, Vice Mayor and School Committee Member. I hope that you will agree that in these difficult financial times, it is more important than ever to have an experienced pragmatic voice on the City Council.
Like you, I am passionate about our city and the issues that concern us all. Some of my top priorities are protecting homeowners from escalating property taxes, improving our public schools, rebuilding and maintaining our public open spaces and making our streets and neighborhoods safe.
